Christopher Ward is a Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer for AirWave Lease Insights. Chris brings a deep appreciation for designing and delivering innovative solutions to the commercial real estate community. Chris previously held the title of Managing Director at StratoDem Analytics, a leading-edge data science start-up, acquired by Altus Group in 2021. Most recently, he worked for Altus Group as Director of Strategic Alliances for their innovation team. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate and private equity, encompassing a wide range of business strategy, product management, business development, marketing, and investment research responsibilities. In addition to StratoDem and Altus, Chris has worked at SunGard/Investran, State Street Bank & Trust, and Fidelity Management and Research. He has a BS in Finance from Syracuse University.  Chris lives in Concord, MA with his wife and three children. He is also an avid rower.
